On 16-17 July 2019 in Sofia, Bulgaria was organized second transnational project meeting of the Project Nr: 2018-1-DE02-KA204-005076 Strategic Partnership for older people’s inclusion into the digital world – SPIDW.
Event host organization was BASD, Bulgaria. The main idea of the project is adult trainers to be trained how to improve digital skills of the older people. There are three trainings planned – the first one was organized in February 2019 in Germany. The second one will be in September 2019 in Slovenia and the third one – in May 2020 in Portugal. Each partner will make at least two films (14 total) together with seniors using mobile phones. Older people will be involved in many activities and will be applied good practiced as narrative interviews, digital storytelling, distant learning, Web TV, etc. All activities and events will improve social inclusion of the older people and will give them the chance to send their messages to the world through digital devices. At the meeting were discussed quality of the project results so far and the planning of the next project steps. The overall evaluation of the project progress, management and implementation are very good.
